Does anyone else get really paranoid when looking through your blogs search terms and the searches are very specific? Like someone is actively searching for you? Or is it just me?

I should just quit looking at my search terms. But I’d miss the funny ones then.
It might just be you. I have very specific search terms almost everyday but I think it is people looking for my blog, who haven’t followed or bookmarked it. You are so cute and so is your golden friend!
I guess so. Sometimes I google people rather than go through the reader. I guess with this site I’m being more careful with what I make public, so it shouldn’t matter. Maya is gorgeous. She is from my last job and I will miss her xox
I use specific terms to find blogs I have read but lost the address or forgot to copy the address for my iPad, maybe that’s what other people do.
I think you’re right. I don’t think if anyone in the real world wanted to find me they could…… Or maybe they could. Usually when I think this I start searching for myself! xox
Yep, I do. I got overly paranoid when I saw a few people found me through searching the local psychiatric unit… I don’t live in a big city, and I worried it would be someone who’d know me :/
Also when people find me by searching my blog name, they’re clearly looking for me! Had that in all my blogs, so no! Not just you!

At least it’s not just me! Perhaps someone was lpoking for me now I’ve moved? I just worry I have a stalker. I hope they don’t find my house. xox

Lovely photo! And sometimes there are really strange search terms!! I got confused the other day because I had people who came over from twitter, yet I haven’t linked my blog on twitter at all…weird! xx

I don’t know if my twitter is private or not, but there’s no way it could be linked to wordpress as I have used a different name, email etc. Strange!! But you’re probably right, someone may have shared it on their twitter! xx

The search terms baffle, confound, and scare me. I completely get your paranoia. But then the weird and hilarious ones make me smile too.

Haha! For me, it is usually my Mum trying to find my blog.
She only knows how to use Google and doesn’t seem to understand how to use the address bar or favorites.

Sadly, most of my hits are from people too lazy to read Flannery O’Connor themselves.
When I get paranoid is specific search terms about programs I’ve been in, even though I know they probably aren’t looking for me.
Most of mine are looking for things to do with sailors……. I had one the other day about the mental health of a sailor. Mine isn’t that great

I totally do, even though a lot of people in my real life know about my blog. I did a search term post the other day, and one was gypsy and toast, and yeah, I dont like the idea of not knowing who it was that was looking for us and why.
My paranoia sometimes goes so far I think that people make fake accounts just to follow me, you know like when you click back on them and they don’t actually have a wordpress. Eee my brain xox
